I have always utilized natural approaches throughout my life. From herbs and essential oils to homemade products and remedies, I did it all. But new sensitivities and challenges made it necessary to delve even farther into natural methods. Conventional treatments for the food allergies, anxiety, migraines, and the chronic illness our household dealt with only went so far. Natural methods were essential in picking up the slack. This was the catalyst and motivating force behind my holistic and Reiki training. It was also the motivation behind my product creations.

Nutrition is vital for a healthy body and mind. What we put in the body matters. What we put on the body matters as well. That is why I created a line of health care products with more healthy and natural components. These products are handcrafted with minimal ingredients but maximum effectiveness. After careful research and much product testing, I created unique blends focusing on specific health issues and ailments. My current health care product line includes: scent sticks (used for things like anti-anxiety, relaxation, clarity, and energy boosting), headache helper sticks (for various types of headaches), and creams for aches/pains (joint pain, muscle aches, or muscle spasms).

As a holistic health consultant, my role is to help individuals find wellness and balance. With our busy and hectic lifestyles that can sometimes be difficult to do. Each scent stick has a specific purpose and goal in mind. The sticks are made with natural ingredients and essential oils. They are portable, small, and easy to apply. Use them with their targeted goal in mind or just as a more natural substitute for perfume. The purpose is to have fun while finding holistic balance. Due to the nature of the essential oils used they should not be used on any child younger than 12 years of age.
