*By sending/signing this waiver, you acknowledge that Stepping Stones Holistic Health is a holistic wellness practice and its practitioners are not licensed medical physicians and do not practice medicine. You acknowledge that you should always consult your personal physician before starting any new health program, and you will keep your medical physician informed of any and all changes you make in your lifestyle.  You acknowledge that any Reiki treatments received (either distance or in person) are meant as stress reduction and relaxation techniques only and are not meant to replace any medical treatment you may currently be receiving. You acknowledge that though my products are made in a pet free environment, transfer from me can occur. You acknowledge that the products are sealed and housed in an area with pets.  You acknowledge that the products are not meant to replace medication or treatments. They are simply complimentary aids. If you are currently on medication consult a doctor before trying.  You acknowledge and release Stepping Stones Holistic Health, from any and all liability.  You acknowledge that you have read and voluntarily electronically signed this Waiver and Release Form. You acknowledge that by filling out the form below, stating your desired service, and typing your full name under the statement,  “I have read the Liability and Release Waiver. I accept”  the typed name will be accepted and used in place of your personal signature.
